How to use mestack
Mestack is designed for minimal, practical execution. Your goal isn’t to create a perfect framework—it’s to start.
1) Pick a template
Start with the problem you feel most often (procrastination, focus, sleep). Don’t overthink it.
Go to Library2) Enter minimal inputs
Be honest and specific. One sentence is enough. If a choice feels uncertain, pick the default.
MVP note: there are no accounts yet. Your share link contains your inputs.
3) Generate → copy → execute
Copy the output to Notion/Notes. Then choose a single daily protocol and run it for 7 days.
A framework only works if it produces starts.
4) Weekly review
Once a week, run the 10-minute review section. Keep what works, delete what doesn’t.
Your goal is fewer rules over time, not more.
Make the most of it
- Prefer constraints over motivation: schedule blocks, reduce friction, and define the next step.
- Track starts (yes/no). Starts predict outcomes better than intention.
- Do not optimize the framework until you’ve run it for 7 days.
- When in doubt: make the next action smaller.
